Build Your Team – Quick and Easy

Welcome Admins! Adding users and building your team on Interviewer.AI is a breeze–all you need is their email address.


Types of Users

Depending on your team member’s role in the hiring lifecycle, you can add two types of users.

  • Job creators – Recruiters who add job interviews on Interviewer.AI and make the job postings available to candidates
  • Contributors – Hiring managers who evaluate candidates’ interview responses

Invite Users

Invite your team members to Interviewer.AI on their business email address. We recommend sending the link to the User sign-up article when you invite them.
  1. Go to Team.
  2. Click Invite New Users.
  3. In the Email addresses textbox, enter the email addresses.
  4. Click Share.
The STATUS column of a user turns ACTIVE after they sign up successfully.
