How to Remove an Administrator or User from Your Interviewer.AI Account

Removing an administrator or user from your Interviewer.AI account may be necessary in certain situations. One common scenario is when an administrator has left their role or the organization. By removing their access, you can ensure that former administrators no longer have privileges or control over your Interviewer.AI account. It is essential to maintain the security and integrity of your account by promptly revoking access for individuals who no longer require administrative permissions. Additionally, removing administrators who are no longer active within your organization helps streamline user management and ensures that the right individuals have the appropriate level of access and control over your Interviewer.AI account.

If you need to remove an administrator from your Interviewer.AI account, whether they have left their role or the organization, you can easily do so by following the steps below:

Go to the Login Page:

• Open your web browser and visit the Interviewer.AI website.
• Access the login page by navigating to https://dashboard.interviewer.ai/login.
• Click on the “Users” option in the menu bar. 
• Alternatively, you can directly access the Users page by clicking here: https://dashboard.interviewer.ai/organization/members. 

Choose the Member You Want to Remove:

• On the Users page, you will see a list of members associated with your Interviewer.AI account.
• Locate the member you want to remove and click on the three dots (…) next to their name.
• After clicking on the three dots, a dropdown menu will appear with various options.
• From the dropdown menu, choose the “Remove User” option.
• This action will initiate the process of permanently removing the selected user from your Interviewer.AI account.

Confirm the Removal:

• Once you have selected “Remove User,” you may be prompted to confirm the removal.
• Review the confirmation message or pop-up to ensure that you are removing the correct user.
• If you are certain, proceed with the confirmation to permanently remove the user from your account.
• Please note that this action is irreversible, and the user’s access and data will be permanently deleted from Interviewer.AI.
