Sign Up and Join Your Team
All you need to do to sign up and join your hiring team is—open the invite email, click the Verify my account link, and set your password for the Interviewer.AI account.

Upon a successful sign-up, you are automatically logged into Interviewer.AI, and you see the user Dashboard on the UI.
Know the UI
You must know our UI to use our platform well. Our UI is broadly categorized into five areas based on the features—Dashboard, Insights, and Talent pool for a bird’s eye view for all interviews and candidates, Interviews to manage your interviews, and Team for Admins to build your hiring team.
Know the User Roles
Depending on your role in the hiring lifecycle, you are either a Job creator (Recruiter) or a Contributor (Hiring manager).
These user roles come with a distinct set of privileges. See User roles for the privileges assigned to the roles.
Do spend some time on our Help Center to understand how our features work and use our workflows well.
Reach Out to the Admin
Some privileges are reserved for the Admin. Reach out to your Admin when you want to:
- Report issues you’re facing using the platform
- Access other recruiter’s interviews
- Access interviews as hiring managers to grade candidate responses and provide feedback
