You have two options to sign up: use a Google email address (personal account or work account) or use a non-Google email address (Microsoft, Yahoo, or other email providers).
You can always change the email address on your subscription. See our FAQ for how to request our support team to change the email address.

Upon a successful sign-up, you are automatically logged into your Interviewer.AI setup. Also, you are the Admin for the subscription.

Test Run Our Platform
Congrats on signing up. Set aside an hour or so to complete the first end-to-end test run. Yes, that’s all you need to see how Interviewer.AI works its magic.
Here’s what you need to get a good value for your efforts for the test run.
- A person posing as a candidate to apply for your test job.
- Video camera and mike for the posing artist 😄 to answer video interview questions, so you get a feel of our Video Intelligence.
- A credible job description for your job, possibly taken off a web page.
- A resume PDF to apply if it were an actual job, so you see how Resume Scoring works.
There are five steps to a valuable test run.
Step #1: Create an Interview
See Create interviews for help with instructions. Do these at a bare minimum.
- Fill out all the mandatory fields for the interview, including the credible job description.
- Use WorkMap in your interview to see how easily you can assess the primary skills such as Accountability, Attention to Detail, and Problem Solving.
- Add a Video interview assessment so you can let the posing candidate record video responses.
- Set the expiry date of the interview to the trial end date.

Step #2: Share the Interview with the Posing Candidate
- For the test turn, copy the link for the interview and send it to the posing candidate over email or text message.

Step #3: Posing Candidate Submits the Job Application
Clicking the interview link in the email activates the job application process. We’ve made it easy to apply for jobs—with instructions for candidates, a trial audio-video run to test if the camera and mike work, and intuitive navigation throughout and up to submitting the job application.

Step #4: See Our AI-Generated Scores
Using a resume PDF to apply, enabling WorkMap for the interview, and having video interview questions generates three distinct pre-screening scores—Resume score, WorkMap score, and Video score.
And that’s how our AI just did all the pre-screening for you.

Step #5: See Candidate Ranking at Work
Doing steps 1 through 4 for more posing candidates but for the same interview can help you see how Candidate Raking works on Interviewer.AI.
An excellent way to get a good sense of our admin features is to have at least three posing candidates—’good candidate’ with a superior resume and video interaction skills, a candidate using an irrelevant resume, and posing for bad video interaction skills, and a baseline candidate with intermediate skills.
Candidate Ranking reduces your overhead in evaluating pre-screening results. You start with the face-to-face interviews with shortlisted candidates from the top of the Candidate rank stack.
