Schedule Face-to-Face Interviews Quickly and Easily

Ready to schedule face-to-face interviews with your candidates? Know that you can start face-to-face interviews at any time during the hiring. You can bank only on Resume scores, consider Resume scores, WorkMap scores, and Video scores, and even add your scores and feedback on top of our scores.

You have four choices to schedule face-to-face interviews.

 

Choice #1: Use Built-In Interview Scheduling

Use the built-in interview scheduling feature on Interviewer.AI to schedule interviews quickly and without additional costs.

  1. Go to the relevant interview on the Interviews page.
  2. Click the name of the candidate in the candidate list.
  3. Click Schedule Interview (top-right corner).
  4. Select the date, time, and duration of the interview and fine-tune the email template.
  5. Click Schedule and send.

Choice #2: Integrate with Calendly

Enable an API key-based integration between Interviewer.AI and Calendly to allow candidates to book interview slots on your Calendly calendar. You can also set up interviews on video conferencing software integrated with Calendly.

 

As the Admin for both Interviewer.AI and your Calendly subscription, you can set up this integration in just a few minutes.

With Calendly integration and appropriate ‘Event types’ set up in Calendly:

  1. Go to the relevant interview on the Interviews page.
  2. Click the name of the candidate in the candidate list.
  3. Click Schedule Interview (top-right corner).
  4. Select the Event type and fine-tune the email template.
  5. Click Schedule and send.

Choice #3: Use Conferencing Software

You are not restricted to using choices 1 or 2 to conduct video interviews. You can always use the contact details of the candidates and invite them for interviews on video conferencing software such as Cisco WebEx, Google Meet, Skype, or Zoom.

 

Choice #4: Conduct In-Person Interviews

You are not restricted to using face-to-face video interviews to hire candidates. You can always call or email candidates and invite them for interviews in your office premises or a cafe.
