WorkMap is a job function to skills mapping framework we built from scratch to make hiring easy. We built it after thorough consultation with prominent Industrial and organizational (I/O) psychologists. Our customers find WorkMap very useful because it pre-screens candidates well and shortens the hiring cycle.
WorkMap Assessment Options
With WorkMap factored into your interviews, you don’t have to think about what questions to ask to evaluate candidates’ skills. We’ve built a bunch of questions that evaluate the primary skills; there are questions for every primary skill expected for the 20 job functions supported on Interviewer.AI. For example, for an Accounting and Finance job, WorkMap advocates that candidates have Accountability, Analytical Reasoning, Attention to Detail, Commercial Acumen, Problem Solving, and Interpersonal skills.
You don’t have to memorize the skills or build the assessment. We’ve plugged WorkMap into the Interview creation workflow on the UI. You choose the skills, and we auto-build the assessment for you.
Adding a WorkMap assessment to interviews is optional. With a WorkMap assessment-enabled interview, the candidates are presented with a list of questions for the primary skill set for the job. See Add assessments to interviews for more details.
Candidate responses to WorkMap assessments are graded as soon they submit the job application. You can see these grades when you evaluate candidates for shortlisting. Yes, it’s that easy.
You can look at reviews on G2, Capterra, or Trustpilot for our clients’ success stories.
