In addition to shortlisting candidates or rejecting their candidature, you can move candidates to a Keep In View bucket. Move candidates to this bucket when:

  • You cannot consider their candidature at this point, despite having the desired skills and experience for the job.
  • You need backup candidates if the shortlisted ones do not accept their job offers.

You can access the candidature and interview results of the candidates in the Keep In View bucket and consider them for further rounds of interviews or other relevant jobs.
