The following is the expected behavior when using some of the features on Interviewer.AI.

Occasional delay – Expected behavior in processing candidate videos

Typically, candidate videos are processed and scored within 30 minutes of submitting the job application. With an increasing number of interviews being conducted of late, we’ve seen that sometimes videos take longer to process, and in rare cases, they are not processed at all.

We suspect that we need better pipe-lining for processing videos, and we’re working on getting it back to normal soon.

Emails entered on email sending interfaces are not seen until you press Enter on the keyboard

Our platform has the option to send emails in multiple workflows—invite users and share candidate lists, to name a few.

In all workflows where you need to enter email addresses, we expect you to press Enter on the keyboard after entering each email address. Without pressing Enter, the text box for emails does not record the entry.
