User Roles

User Roles & Access Levels

At Interviewer.AI, we provide different user roles with privileges and access levels to accommodate the diverse responsibilities and requirements of your hiring team. These roles ensure that each team member has the appropriate privileges and access to perform their designated tasks efficiently within the platform. On the Interviewer.AI web app, you can access the user roles here: https://dashboard.interviewer.ai/organization/members

Let’s explore the different user roles available in Interviewer.AI:

  1. Job Creator:
    • The Job Creator role is typically assigned to recruiters or members of the HR team who post structured interviews as job openings.
    • Privileges of Job Creators include:
      • Creating job interviews and sharing resulting job postings on your career page, social media sites, and public web pages.
      • Tracking candidate responses and sharing a shortlist of candidates with the hiring team.
      • Scheduling interviews with hiring managers or other evaluators within the organization.
      • Managing the candidate lifecycle by moving candidates through various hiring stages.
      • Maintaining a talent pipeline and leveraging the talent pool for future hiring requirements.
  2. Contributor:
    • Contributors are individuals responsible for evaluating the competency of candidates. They can be hiring managers, potential teammates, or contractors involved in the evaluation process.
    • Privileges of Contributors include:
      • Evaluating candidate responses and determining the suitability of candidates for specific jobs.
      • Grading candidates on additional factors not measured by AI and providing assessment feedback.
      • Shortlisting candidates or rejecting their candidature for human interviews.
  3. Admin:
    • Admins have the responsibility of managing the Interviewer.AI subscription and related settings.
    • Privileges of Admins include:
      • Inviting Job Creators and Contributors to sign up and join the business account on Interviewer.AI.
      • Enabling third-party integrations with platforms such as Calendly.
      • Managing Interviewer.AI subscription and billing.
      • Monitoring usage and sharing the employer insights with the management team
  4. Super Admin:
    • The Super Admin role is designed for Multinational Companies (MNCs) at a Group level with multiple entities.
    • This feature is ideal for organizations that have multiple companies distinguished by different domain names. It is also useful for staffing agencies that are hiring for multiple brands and have different teams assigned to each account.
    • Super Admins do not usually create jobs and hire. They are responsible for monitoring the overall hiring targets, tracking usage of the platform, viewing different stages of different roles, and reporting to the management.

Please note that the availability of certain roles may depend on your subscription plan. The Super Admin role will be available for only Enterprise plans.

By assigning appropriate user roles, you can ensure that each team member can effectively contribute to the hiring process within the Interviewer.AI platform, maximizing collaboration, increasing productivity, and ensuring objectivity in the hiring process. You can look at reviews on G2, Capterra, or Trustpilot for our clients’ success stories.
