I haven't used the platform yet, but my credits were used up. How is this possible?

We allocate 2 mock interview credits per unique ACCA member ID. Each time a mock interview is started and completed, one credit is used.

If your credits have been used without your knowledge, please ensure that you have not shared your ACCA member ID or access details with other members. Your ACCA ID is your unique identifier, and it's important to keep your login information secure to prevent unauthorized use of your credits.
