When can I receive access to Interviewer.AI? Or why do I not have access?

Access to the ACCA Mock Interview platform is exclusively for valid ACCA members who have received an email invitation.
If you are an ACCA member and believe you should have access, please consider the following:
- Have you received an official invitation? Access is not automatically granted to all members. You must receive a unique invitation to use the platform.
- Are you using the correct portal? The specific URL for the ACCA platform is acca.interviewer.ai. Accessing the general Interviewer.AI platform will not work.
- Is your ACCA membership active? Ensure your membership status is up-to-date and in good standing.
If you have met all these criteria and still cannot access the platform, please reach out to your ACCA representative or ACCA's official support channels for further assistance.
