The Avatar-Based Interview feature is currently only available on our Enterprise and Growth plans. Why?
Unlike async video interviews, the avatar feature requires significantly more resources, it simulates a live, dynamic interaction similar to what you’d experience over Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. This includes real-time processing, natural language generation, and dynamic response handling.
Because of the technical complexity and higher computing costs, we’re unable to offer this feature on lower-tier plans like Essential or Professional at this time.
